The short version

Daily Nonograms are free, run in your browser with no account, and refresh every day at midnight US Eastern. Read the number clues, fill the runs they describe, and the picture reveals itself. The clock starts when you do, and a fast, clean solve scores highest. Play today’s Nonogram.

01 How to play daily Nonograms

A Nonogram is a square grid with a string of numbers on every row and every column. Each number is the length of a run of filled cells in that line, in order, with at least one empty cell between runs. A row clue of “4 2” means a run of four, a gap, then a run of two. Work the rows and columns against each other, mark the cells you know are empty, and the only picture that satisfies every clue slowly emerges. There is never a guess: every daily Nonogram has one solution you can reach by pure deduction. Picross players will feel right at home, the rules are identical.

02 Free, and new every day

Like every game here, daily Nonograms are free, need no account, and work on your phone or desktop with nothing to download. A fresh picture prints each day, the same grid for everyone, and it resets at midnight US Eastern. The week ramps in size, a quick 5x5 warm-up early on, then 10x10 and 15x15 pictures that take real work. The timer only runs while you are solving and pauses the moment you step away, so your score reflects the solve rather than the interruptions.

03 Scoring, speed, and hints

You cannot lose a Nonogram, you fill until the picture is right, so the reward is how cleanly and quickly you get there. A solve banks the base points, then bonuses stack on top: flawless if you never placed a wrong cell, unassisted if you took no hints, and a speed tier for finishing under two, five, or ten minutes. Turn on error highlighting if you want the grid to flag mistakes as you go, at a small cost per wrong cell, or play it blind for the full flawless bonus. Stuck? A hint flashes a cell you can safely fill. Chain your daily solves and a streak builds. Want more deduction after you finish?
