At least four letters, it must include the center letter, and it can only use the seven letters shown. Letters may be reused as often as you like. We leave out the obscure stuff — no proper nouns, slang, archaic or dialect words, hyphenated or technical terms, or offensive words — so answers are everyday words most solvers would know.
